We are looking for ambitious and success-oriented professionals for managerial positions who want to have a real impact on the operation of our hotel.
The reception and reservation department is responsible for proper guest service at the stage of making reservations as well as during the stay at the hotel. It ensures that contact with Guests is professional, engaged, and caring about their comfort. It provides comprehensive information about the conditions of stay and services offered at the hotel. The reception is the showcase of every hotel.
The task of catering is to ensure the highest quality of the catering offer and high-level Guest service.
The task of the floor service is to maintain cleanliness in the rooms and prepare them for the arrival of guests, as well as to replace and keep records of the durable goods located in the rooms, report defects, and cooperate with the reception and other departments
The technical department must respond quickly to all reports of malfunctions or technical problems that may affect our Guests' stay experiences.
The Sales and Marketing Department is responsible for promoting the hotel on social media and websites. It organizes MICE events while maintaining a professional and positive image of the facility, attracting new Guests and business partners.
