  1. This Privacy Policy outlines the principles of processing and protecting personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the website Platinum Mountain Hotel & SPA (hereinafter: the Service).

For the safety of entrusted personal data, ADO operates based on internal procedures and recommendations, in accordance with relevant legal acts concerning personal data protection, particularly with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  4. ADO exercises particular care to protect the interests of the persons to whom the data relate, and in particular ensures that personal data are:
    1. processed lawfully,
    2. collected for specified, lawful purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes,
    3. factually correct and adequate to the purposes for which they are processed,
    4. stored in a form enabling identification of the persons to whom they relate no longer than necessary to achieve the processing purpose.
  5. ADO performs the function of gathering information about users and their behaviors through voluntary submission of information in forms, for the purpose of:
    1. responding to user inquiries sent using the contact form, based on Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR,
    2. taking reservations via the online booking system based on Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR,
    3. providing services offered by ADO based on Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR,
    4. marketing, including sending commercial information to the email address if the Client has consented by ticking the appropriate box during the booking process, based on Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR. Consent for processing data for marketing purposes and sending commercial information may be withdrawn by clicking the appropriate link in the received message or by sending such a request to the ADO’s email address,
    5. realizing the legitimate interest of ADO in specific cases under Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR, e.g., debt recovery,
  6. Upon the first visit to the Platinum Mountain Hotel & SPA site, the user is informed about the use of cookies. By remaining on the site, the user accepts the use of cookies on the website. Failure to change browser settings on the user's side is equivalent to consent to the use of "cookies."
