*During the Easter breakfast, dedicated tables will be provided for each family. The Reservations Department will contact you to reserve tables. Platinum Mountain Hotel & SPA is pet-friendly. It is possible to stay in the rooms with a pet.
For the sake of allergy sufferers, the number of rooms designated for stays with animals is limited, therefore the stay with a dog or cat should be reported at the stage of booking.
Staying with a pet is only possible in a Comfort Plus 5* room (rooms are located on level 0) and in the Suites (in a separate building).
A fee of PLN 50 per night is payable for the stay of a four-legged pet. Failure to declare the stay of a pet at check-in will result in an additional charge of PLN 500 for the Guest. A pet is allowed in the hotel garden and in the Palladium Cafe & Lobby Bar. The presence of an animal in the gastronomic, SPA and Wellness areas is prohibited. It is compulsory for the owner of the animal to have its health booklet with up-to-date vaccinations, including against rabies. A leash is also compulsory.
