Floor Service Shift Manager
TASKS
- Ensuring the highest quality of services provided by the Housekeeping Department,
- Coordinating the work of the subordinate team,
- Scheduling work shifts,
- Supervising the work of room attendants and maintaining cleanliness in the rooms, as well as in the common areas of the facility (conference rooms, restaurants, bars, lobbies, corridors, SPA),
- Keeping records and controlling room equipment,
- Ensuring an adequate supply of cleaning products and bed linens,
- Reporting damages and defects for repair or replacement,
- Close cooperation with the reception and technical department regarding ongoing inspection of room equipment and potential faults.
EXPECTATIONS
- Experience in a similar position,
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures,
- Good organization of own work and the managed team,
- Ability to plan, think analytically, and work under time pressure,
- Independence, initiative, and commitment to assigned duties,
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail,
- Knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel),
- Good physical condition.
