• Ensuring the highest quality of services provided by the Housekeeping Department,
  • Coordinating the work of the subordinate team,
  • Scheduling work shifts,
  • Supervising the work of room attendants and maintaining cleanliness in the rooms, as well as in the common areas of the facility (conference rooms, restaurants, bars, lobbies, corridors, SPA),
  • Keeping records and controlling room equipment,
  • Ensuring an adequate supply of cleaning products and bed linens,
  • Reporting damages and defects for repair or replacement,
  • Close cooperation with the reception and technical department regarding ongoing inspection of room equipment and potential faults.
  • Experience in a similar position,
  • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures,
  • Good organization of own work and the managed team,
  • Ability to plan, think analytically, and work under time pressure,
  • Independence, initiative, and commitment to assigned duties,
  • Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail,
  • Knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel),
  • Good physical condition.
