Deputy Reception Manager

SCOPE OF TASKS

Supervision and coordination of the reception team’s work,
Development and training of employees,
Professional handling of guest-related matters, as well as quick response to their needs,
Ensuring high service standards,
Ensuring timely information flow and proper communication between departments,
Close cooperation with the Reception Manager and management team,
Building a positive image of the hotel among its guests and in the local market,
Performing the role of "Manager on Duty".

EXPECTATIONS

Min. 2 years of experience in an identical position,
Experience in 4 and 5 star hotels,
Highly developed managerial skills,
Passion for hospitality and working in accordance with the idea of hospitality and openness,
High personal culture and orientation towards guests' needs,
Sense of responsibility for the managed team and its results,
Independence in actions and ability to work as a team,
Ability to work under time pressure and good work organization,
Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail,
Knowledge of Office package (Word, Excel),
Knowledge of English enabling smooth communication (knowledge of Czech/German is welcome).
