TASKS

Building a positive image of the hotel,
Ensuring the highest quality of guest service, as well as the proper course of their stay in accordance with applicable standards,
Professional handling of matters related to stay reservations - presenting the most advantageous offers based on defined needs,
Organizing and coordinating the team's work during the shift,
Ensuring timely flow of information and proper interdepartmental communication,
Responsibility for the department during the absence of the Front Office Manager,
Professional handling of matters related to guest stays, quick response to their needs,
Providing information about the hotel offer and available services,
Checking out guests and preparing sales documents and reports,
Building and maintaining good cooperation with other hotel departments.

Experience in a similar position,
Passion for hospitality and working according to the idea of hospitality and openness,

Ease of establishing contacts and ability to work in a team,

Knowledge of Office package (Word, Excel),
Knowledge of English/German to a degree enabling fluent communication.
