Booking Specialist

TASKS

Active sales of hotel services,
Providing comprehensive information about the hotel offer and available services,
Handling individual reservations,
Responding to current needs and maintaining positive relationships with guests,
Close cooperation with other hotel departments to ensure the highest quality of service.

EXPECTATIONS

Experience in sales, preferably in the area of call center or service sales,
Excellent skills in building customer relationships and flexibility in adapting to their needs,
Initiative, independence, and commitment in performing tasks,
Knowledge of English, knowledge of German or Czech is also welcome,
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (individual sales department operates from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week).
