MAINTENANCE
TASKS
- Ensuring the highest quality of services provided by the technical department,
- Carrying out repairs, maintenance, and renovations of the hotel building,
- Performing service, maintenance, and renovations of hotel equipment,
- Close cooperation with other departments and prompt response to their reported issues.
EXPECTATIONS
- Experience in a similar position,
- Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic issues,
- Knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation equipment,
- Good organization of own work and the work of the subordinate team,
- Independence, initiative and commitment to assigned duties,
- Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail.
- Technical education (preferred),
- SEP G1 authorization up to 1kV (preferred).
