Night Receptionist

TASKS

Managing the night shift independently (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM),
Performing night audit, checking issued documents, and reporting to relevant departments,
Direct contact with guests: check-in, check-out, and making reservations,
Issuing invoices, accepting payments,
Responding to guests' current needs,
Providing information about the hotel’s offer and available services,
Close cooperation with other hotel departments to ensure the best possible guest service.
