TASKS
- Welcoming and bidding farewell to guests arriving at the hotel,
- Organizing guests' leisure time and providing them with key information about hotel services and interesting events in the region,
- Ensuring security and luggage protection (including luggage transport to rooms),
- Coordinating vehicle movement in the parking lot, garage (including escorting guests' cars to the parking lot),
- Maintaining order in front of the hotel according to standards,
- Supporting other hotel departments in providing the best possible guest service.
EXPECTATIONS
- Ease of establishing contacts and openness towards the guest and their needs,
- Pleasant appearance and high personal culture,
- Ability to work under time pressure and solve tasks in an unconventional way,
- Independence, initiative, and commitment to assigned duties,
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail,
- Knowledge of English/German is welcome.
