Active Sales manager mice
TASKS
- Active search for new clients and business partners,
- Maintaining regular contact with clients and building long-term business relationships,
- Developing commercial offers, contracts, and cooperation terms intended for the MICE segment,
- Achieving sales plans according to the set budget,
- Participation in industry events and representing the Hotel,
- Monitoring the market and competitors' activities as well as analyzing trends,
- Reporting sales results and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities,
- Close cooperation with other hotel departments to ensure consistency of actions,
- Caring for the positive image of the hotel.
EXPECTATIONS
- Experience working in the hotel industry in a similar position,
- Very good knowledge of the Wrocław market,
- Ability to search for and acquire clients,
- Building and maintaining long-term business relationships,
- Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills,
- Achieving set goals,
- Excellent time management and ability to set priorities,
- Ability to work under time pressure,
- Good command of the English language,
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and personal culture.
