FOOD AND BEVERAGE SHIFT MANAGER
TASKS
- Ensuring the highest quality of Guest service and care for the standard of products served during the shift,
- Building a positive image of the hotel,
- Organizing and coordinating the work of the managed team,
- Developing teamwork, conducting training and briefings for employees,
- Ensuring timely flow of information and proper communication within the team,
- Preparing reports on outlet activities and their settlement,
- Achieving set business goals,
- Building and maintaining good cooperation within the F&B department and with other hotel departments.
EXPECTATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Conference and Banquets department,
- Passion for hospitality and gastronomy,
- High personal culture and focus on providing services at the highest level,
- Excellent organization of own work and the managed team,
- Ease in establishing contacts and ability to work in a team,
- Ability to plan, think analytically, and work under time pressure,
- Independence, initiative, and commitment to assigned duties,
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail,
- Knowledge of Office package (Word, Excel),
- Proficiency in English enabling smooth communication,
- Knowledge of German is welcome.
