- Preparing and baking pizza according to the established menu and recipes,
- Ensuring high quality and taste of the prepared dishes,
- Taking care of proper food storage and quality control of ingredients,
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace,
- Responsibility for the quality and taste of prepared dishes and the aesthetics of serving,
- Keeping the work station clean and maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen,
- Adhering to food safety standards and sanitary regulations,
- Cooperating with other kitchen team members and communicating with the wait staff.
EXPECTATIONS
- Experience in preparing pizza in a restaurant or pizzeria,
- Ability to prepare different types of dough and sauces,
- Ability to operate a pizza oven,
- Ability to work under time pressure and good work organization,
- Attention to hygiene and cleanliness in the workplace,
- Ability to work in a team.
